So I read this article on Slasdot that I found amusing. I think the part that I like the most was the quote: "It doesn't have anything to do with playing guitar."
Just thought I'd let you know what the writers of the songs of that game thought of it.

Yes, well, Guitar Hero is a rhythm game, not a guitar game. Which is why I don't really care about playing it. Sure, it's fun, but honestly, I'd rather play DDR. At least I'd get some exercise. I have to admit, though... I wish I could play DDR to these songs. Guitar Hero is basically Beatmania for people who like rock 'n' roll. Thing is...when I hear good rock music, I want to listen to it without worrying about whether or not my timing is perfect or else it's going to sound like shit. If I want to listen to shitty music, I'll go to a bar or club with live music. Most of those suck and they can't play.
Yeah if DDR had t3h rock music, I would play it too. The only reason why I like Guitar Hero is the music. But I don't like it enought to actually buy the fucker. Oh well. dday plays enough for both of us. Wanker.
